There is an entire world beyond my comfort zone,
Entire nations inhabit that unknown place,
Beyond the actions I am too scared to take,
Beyond the paths I am hesitant to venture down,
Beyond the mistakes I am too proud to make.
I must venture there,
I must become the explorer of my discomfort,
Testing the terrain,
I must know whether or not
That alien place
Is habitable for me.
